My 3 Favorite Ted Talks

These are Three Ted Talks that speaks volumes to me.

1. The Magic of Not Giving a F*** by Sarah Knight

This one shows you how to stop giving your Time + Energy + Money on things that you don’t care about.  If you are offended by the F-word, I would recommend you get over it and listen to it anyway.  It is very eye opening.  Declutter your mind!

2. How to be Happy Everyday: It will change your world by Jacqueline Way

Being happy through the act of giving every day; she started it with her 3 year old son.  A happier world, one gift, one day at a time.

Check out her blog on www.365give.ca/blog.  It really is a concept, which has a ripple effect on everyone around you.  It could truly make the world a better, happier place.

3. Lessons from a Mental Hospital by Glennon Doyle Melton

Glennon tells of the raw emotion and learning experiences from in a mental hospital.  She talks about her struggles and hiding behind her capes of alcohol, eating disorders and addiction.  She learned how to remove the cape and become sober after a surprising positive pregnancy test.  She realized that she is sensitive and now she feels okay with that; creating a world where sensitive people can get out of their super hero capes.  Honor your feelings!
