Day 53 – Update

Wake up and weigh in, 200.4 and voila down 11.2 total pounds in 7 weeks.

Hopefully by next October when we are headed to Peru, I will be down at least another 40 or so pounds. So all this training I am doing now has been with my “50 pound weight vest”; hopefully by the time Inca Trail comes around, I will have shed that 50 pounds!

This past week at Rocky Mountain National Park was successful and we have a local moderate hike planned for tomorrow morning in F.D. Roosevelt State Park.

This is a short post, since my normal Tuesday update didn’t happen; I didn’t have a scale at our hotel.
