My program ended 2 days ago and I went in to get my last InBody test done yesterday.
I am HAPPY to say in the last 3 months, I have lost 2.9% body fat and steady around 11-12 lbs lost so far. I have gained .3% muscle mass; that is pretty good for me considering most people lose muscle mass when dieting or changing their eating habits.
My nutritionist put me on a maintenance regime, but after a day, I went ahead and cut my calories and macros back down as I am still needing to get more weight and fat off.
So from now on, I am on my own for motivation and tracking everything. Itβs just a matter of staying motivated especially with all of our vacations scheduled in 2023!
